Jewelry
made out of bridal bouquets is the perfect thing for the bride
that wants that extra special something to remind her of her
wedding day. Diane Fehrenbacher formulated her own chemical
compound that turns flower petals into lasting, durable beads
that hold the flower's color and scent.
Heart
Keepsakes make memorable gifts for mothers and grandmothers
of the bride and groom, and bridal attendants, as well as
for the bride herself. Roses are the most popular flower,
but nearly every flower will work. Diane also makes beads
from cloth. Last spring she made a necklace from a piece if
an antique silk wedding dress. The young bride wore the necklace
on her wedding day as a tribute to her great, great, great
grandmother who had worn the original dress 200 years before.
