Elizabeth Graham Cole and Michael Austin Carbone were married on April 14 at Thomas Hall Plantation in Charleston, South Carolina. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Cole of Sullivan’s Island.  The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Carbone of Matthews, North Carolina. The bride wore a vintage-inspired, Italian silk ball gown with an off the shoulder neckline and a detachable Dior bow designed and hand sewn by Modern Trousseau founder Callie Tien. Her bouquet was composed of peonies, garden roses, ranunculus, and a cascade of white orchids put together by Poppy Custom Floral. The wedding took place on an 18th century plantation, rooted in deep history, and overlooking the water. The reception featured neutrals tones with pops of blue and whites throughout. Guests were treated to an exquisite sit down dinner prepared by Cru Catering. The party continued into the night with music by Atlanta Rhythm and Groove. The reception was designed by the bride who is also an event planner in Charleston, South Carolina. Following the wedding festivities, the couple honeymooned in Petit St. Vincent.
