How’d you meet?
Andrew and I met at Gardner-Webb University where we were both student-athletes.
First kiss?
Our first kiss was in my apartment after I “lost a bet” to him, then soon after he told me he was falling in love with me.
Kaylan Myers and Andrew Massey married on March 13, 2021, after a two-year engagement and seven years of dating at the charming Triple J Manor House. Lilly Pulitzer inspired the soft blues and pinks, theme colors that paired beautifully with the rustic venue. The couple included many personal touches that brought their wedding vision to life. Napkins and invitations were printed with monograms, watercolor portraits of their dogs, and their wedding venue.
While the girls spent the afternoon getting ready together, the guys hung out in a little cabin on the property. Before the ceremony, Kaylan and Andrew shared a first touch and exchanged gifts. After saying their vows, the couple and their guests transitioned to the reception space.
Greenery ran down the center of farm-style tables while floral centerpieces sat on top of hand-painted books accented with teacups, wooden spools, and lights. First dances and toasts were enjoyed by all. Toothbrushes were a unique party favor that nodded to Kaylan’s recent graduation from dental school. After a magical celebration, the newlyweds exited with a glow stick sendoff.
