Sarah Josey and Andrew Lyon were married May 13, 2017 at Highlands United Methodist Church before 175 friends and family. The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mr. William Josey of Tampa, Florida. The groom is the son of Mr. Lindsay Lyon and Mrs. Janine Eshleman of Windsor-Locks, Connecticut. The reception was held at The Farm at Old Edwards Inn, with the cocktail hour taking place in the orchard. Guests sipped on two signature cocktails, The Georgia Peach and the Big Apple, an ode to Georgia, the state Sarah and Drew met and fell in love, and New York City, where they now live. The Farm was beautifully decorated in white florals, along with magnolia and ivy leaves, designed by Rebecca Rose Events. Guests enjoyed a seated three-course dinner, followed by dancing to the music of Rupert’s Orchestra. Guests were treated to a late-night snack of boozy milkshakes and pizza, before the bride and groom departed through a sparkler send off. The newlyweds honeymooned in France.
