The Betsy is home to the famous LT Steak & Seafood restaurant from award-winning Chef Laurent Tourondel and is the official caterer for weddings. From rehearsal dinner to reception and brunch, he will excite guests with his world-class prime beef and seafood dishes. Chef Tourondel always welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with the bride and groom should they have a specific cuisine in mind. The Betsy can accommodate up to 150 guests for seated dinners and up to 200 for cocktail receptions. The property also features three other dining spots: the Lobby Bar, Panther Coffee Shop, The Alley, and for those who enjoy a view with their meal – Ocean Deck dining.

The former is ideal for ceremonies and rehearsal dinners, holding up to 200 guests, and boasts a flawless backdrop of lush palm trees and the Atlantic Ocean. The latter boasts a wrap-around, wooden terrace with lavish furniture, greenery, and chandeliers, offering complete privacy for up to 50 guests.
