BARTER / EDITORIAL PACKAGE DETAILS

Southern Bride's editorial proposal for Harper Fowlkes House is based on the provisions below.

Southern Bride Magazine will provide Harper Fowlkes House with the following:

All design spaces will be featured on SouthernBride.com and Southern Bride’s social media. Credit will be provided for each design space with all the participating vendors, including Harper Fowlkes House.
Each design space will be judged for the BEST PHOTOGRAPHY award. In addition, these images will be selected for publication.
All images taken at Harper Fowlkes House will be used freely for marketing/promotional purposes as long as photo credit is provided.
Styled will be videotaping the entire event to create The Styled Challenge video series for Southern Bride’s YouTube Channel. Additionally, these video inspirations will be used on SouthernBride.com and SB’s social media outlets, providing further editorial coverage.
Harper Fowlkes House will also receive a Feature Vendor Listing on SouthernBcom for 12 months.

Harper Fowlkes House will provide Southern Bride with the following to meet Production / Styled by Southern Bride Event needs:

The shoot date requested is Monday, March 27, 2023, from 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with the vendor set up to start on Sunday, March 26, 2023, time TBD.
Beverages (bottled water/soda/coffee/tea) all-day service on Monday, March 27, 2023.
The following photoshoot design spaces have been selected:
- Back patio area (design space)
- Front of House and park area in front of the house (design space)
- Back porch area (design space)
Lockable Headquarters / Staging Area to store gowns with coat racks, models changing area, and hair/make-up (we will approx. Three female models and Three male models)(make a note: these model numbers can change).
Check-in and holding area for photographers to break and leave equipment

PLEASE MAKE NOTE: Southern Bride reserves the right to reschedule these dates if there is not enough response from photographers six weeks prior start date of the event. Sunday, February 12, 2023.
