When bride, Natasha, went to Erin McLean Events, she had this vision of finding the perfect place to be married in a garden, but as any practical bride would want, a solid rain plan.
Doesn’t sound glamorous does it? Don’t speak too soon! If, practically, you can’t get married in the garden, Erin McLean Events will build the garden for you!
The key to this design plan was recreating the feel of a lush summer garden party in a beautiful clean white space. So, Natasha’s team decided to create the garden from above. Hanging stunning floral installations from the ceiling of the Merrimon-Wynne Carriage House set the tone. Combined with the organic feel of farm tables, hemstitch napkins paired with gold flatware, and the family style dinner service – this afternoon wedding was the hit of the summer. Guests danced away to the sounds of a classic jazz band with crystal chandeliers and a bright garden overhead. It was true southern perfection.

What a gorgeous celebration! We were so happy to be a small part of Natasha & Scott’s big day! Bravo to all of the awesome vendors who helped bring this vision to life and thanks for featuring SB!
We simply adore the hanging centerpieces – so unique, and of course, we always love the natural touches from blackberries in the signature cocktail to seeds to throw for the exit.
