The photographers are provided the same venues decorated by top local wedding planners and are graded based on their unique vision and imagery of the venue and its design details.

The Styled Challenge is a design competition showcasing the works of talented wedding professionals from local areas. Each designer is given the task to create an exceptional wedding ceremony and reception arrangement in the provided venue. The best design is voted by our viewers on Southern Bride Facebook live. The New Orleans competition includes top 4 local wedding planners and 5 exceptional venues: The Four Seasons, Windsor Court, Latrobe & Degas House, and Brennan’s.

Brennan’s restaurant is located in the charming French Quarter of New Orleans. This two-story building, constructed in 1795 as a private residence, later became the first bank of Louisiana. Today is it a highly regarded restaurant known for its Creole and contemporary cuisine set in an old-world architectural elegance.

Designer Susan Zackin, Z Event Company, believes that love is everlasting. As Susan and her design team work with their clients to plan and design their wedding, they aim to ensure that, as the years pass, the couples look back at their images without a hint of regret, reliving the beauty and details of their special day. Susan’s designs combine a modern touch with a timeless elegance, ensuring they remain fresh and relevant over time.
For the styled shoot at Brennan’s, the team drew inspiration from the restaurant’s pink facade to carry it into the design, creating a vibrant atmosphere with fresh and youthful excitement.
