Emma Hughes and Kevin Hauman Jr. were married on March 18, 2023, in Hernando, Mississippi, at the historical McDonald Chapel, featuring beautiful stained tongue and groove pine wood floors. Kevin proposed to Emma the year before on a warm September evening beneath a gazebo while their families joyously watched from a distance.
The bride wore a lovely gown from David’s bridal with sequin details, while the groom opted for a low-key look, sporting dark blue jeans, and a light grey suit jacket. Emma’s father walked her down the floral-covered aisle, and the priest promptly deemed Emma and Kevin husband and wife.
Following family photos, everyone gathered at Hope Baptist Church in Olive Branch for an intimate reception. The newlyweds and their guests enjoyed games, specialty pizzas, cake, cupcakes, and dancing. After a wonderful celebration with all of their loved ones, Emma and Kevin departed in a white convertible decorated with a “Just Married” banner.
