Megan Weekley and Grover Collins were married on July 23, 2022, in Nashville, TN, at the iconic event venue, The Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
Surrounded by 175 close friends and family members, the bride and groom said ‘I Do’ beneath a 12-foot floral swag filled with an abundance of white blooms.
Megan and Grover began wedding planning following their ocean-side proposal on the beaches of St. Thomas in November 2020. Tiffanie Elliott of Elliott Events helped the couple create their elegant and timeless wedding vision, which included a cocktail hour featuring a string quartet, passed hors d’oeuvres, and an impressive 6-foot tall ice sculpture complete with the couple’s custom monogram.
The bride and groom’s beloved dogs inspired the signature cocktails. The bride honored her parents by designing a replication of their wedding cake design, which featured Corinthian columns, edible sugar flowers, and piped ruched swags.
Once guests were seated inside the concert hall for dinner, Megan and Grover kicked off the reception with a choreographed first dance. They danced the night away until it was time to make their grand exit in a vintage, white Bentley.
The newlyweds honeymooned at the luxurious Soneva Jani Resort in the Maldives, where they stayed in a private, over-the-water villa.
