Big Day Details
The Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center is now in collaboration with The 121, a neighboring venue perfect for New Orleans-style weddings and receptions. The historic two-story venue has roughly 5,200 square feet of space and can accommodate parties of up to 250 guests. Decorated in the French Colonial style, the ground floor has rustic brick walls, cast-iron railings, dramatic windows, and whimsical glass doors. Additionally, the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center has elegant ballrooms available for party use. The spaces have lofty ceilings, period-arched windows, and luxurious chandeliers.
The 121 designed the stately venue to promote ease, comfort, and style for couples and their attending guests. Bridal parties have access to a lavish dressing room with comfortable seating, full-length mirrors, and a whimsical wall of pink roses. Groomsmen can relax in the Billiard Room, taking part in a game of pool or simply lounging on the room’s leather couches. Parties can appreciate the stunning views of the Mississippi River from The 121’s balcony seating area, which is decorated with wrought iron benches and wooden rocking chairs.
