Every bride has nightmares about things going wrong on her big day. Unfortunately, for Colleen James & Ryan Mattocks, almost everything that could have gone wrong did. Thanks to some genius moves from Mod Events, a gorgeous Charleston wedding was pulled off and everyone had a blast.
Colleen & Ryan had big plans to get married with a beautiful reception at a beach house off the coast of South Carolina. Two weeks before their date, the beach house burned down. The reception venue was moved to the uber chic, Cannon Green, in the heart of Charleston, but that wasn’t the end of James and Colleen’s catastrophe’s. Their photographer bailed, the hairstylist got sick AT the wedding, it all seemed like it was falling apart. Thankfully, Colleen and James had the forethought to hire a wedding planner. Mod Events called in, Rachel Craig, a fabulous photographer, they called the salon, Vanity Salon, and a new stylist was sent to the rescue all on top of managing the rest of the wedding. Mod Events of Charleston saved the day, and if that doesn’t convince you to hire a wedding planner, we don’t know what will!
