Welcome to Part 3 of our exclusive look at Mattie Jackson’s Fairytale Wedding.
In our final installment of the inside look at Mattie Jackson and Ben Selecman’s incredible Nashville wedding, we get to see what we think are some of the best pictures from her fairytale wedding. Images of her family celebrating the occasion and a special performance from her father, Alan Jackson.
“Our reception was better than any party we’ve ever been to. From the moment our toasts concluded, the custom dance floor bore no pause in party, song or dancing. One of our favorite memories was popping a vintage 2006 bottle of Tattinger’s Comtes de Champagne, a bottle they only make in the best years. We’re looking forward to opening another from the 2006 vintage on our 10th anniversary.” – Mattie Jackson Selecman

I grew up in Nashville and Alan Jackson has always been my favorite. Watching “our”favorite country stars rise to stardom, and raising their children makes you feel so connected to them. This is the most heartbreaking news to hear, and our prayers go out to Mattie and all the families . Take your time to heal from this, and know that our hearts are broken too, for you. May God be with you during this terrible ordeal ❤️❤️❤️
Mattie, the love this man has for you is felt as I view these pictures and videos. You were clearly an angel on Earth to him. May God wrap you inhis arms and hold you as you pick up and move forward through this hard thing called life. My hugs and prayers are with you and Ben’s family!
Mattie so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine the heartbreak you are going through. Your wedding was so beautiful. Praying for you and your family today and in the days ahead.
Dear Mattie I have been unable to get you and everyone who are helping you thru this devastating time for a women who was so loved by Ben. You were his whole world , as was plain to see in your wedding video. He adored you, with all of his heart, and I know you felt the same for him. We can never know what God’s plan is for our life’s journey. But please know that many prayers and hearts are with you. These may be only words to you at this time but you will never be alone , God will be there to show you the way. One step at a time, one day at a time.
Mattie: This is so very sad & so sorry form your loss! I went through the loss of my husband in January 2017 & know what you’re going through. I have always loved your Dad’s music & he’s one of my favorite singers. Please know that with the help of your family, friends & even encouraging words from people everywhere & God above each day will get easier in time. My prayers are with you & your family during this difficult moment. God bless & give you strength & you have wonderful memories of your beloved husband that you will keep in your heart forever.
Looking at your wedding n seeing the love you both had for each other is real n no one can take Ben away from you ,he’ll be there in every waking moment Maddie . You gave him your love n he’s taken that with him ..
Mattie, I am so sorry for your loss. Your wedding was absolutely beautiful and the love you and Ben shared for each other was captured in every photo. May many wonderful memories of the happy times you shared together help bring some comfort to you in this sad time. May peace and love surround you and your family and help you through this difficult time.
Missing a beloved family member is heart crushing. God sometimes allows angels to walk among us for a to short amount of time. When they leave us it shows us how blessed we are to have them in our lives, if only for a short time.
God bless and keep you.
God bless you,Mattie and Ben, for he is always with you. God sees to that. I had 47years with my husband, Al, and still wasn’t enough. I think of your strong parents and how they hurt for you yet support you. I have been there too. How they love you. Walk with God’s love in your heart and Ben’s to, as I know you will. God bless and keep.
I am only a fan of your father.
However, I will keep you in my prayers. There are no words at a time like this to sooth your broken heart.
Love, prayers, and the good Lord will get you through sweetie.
Prayers from Texas
