The Proposal
With the charm of Charleston as their backdrop, Logan and Lauren’s proposal was the perfect blend of effortless romance and Southern coastal beauty.
Before heading to dinner at The Obstinate Daughter, Logan planned a surprise Lauren never saw coming. During a quiet walk along the beach, with the Charleston coastline stretching around them, Logan got down on one knee and asked Lauren to marry him.
The simplicity of the moment made it all the more meaningful. No elaborate production, just the two of them, the beach, and the beauty of the Lowcountry surrounding them. Lauren said yes, turning an ordinary beach walk into a memory they’ll carry with them forever.
After the surprise, we spent the evening capturing engagement portraits along the beach, giving Logan and Lauren the chance to soak in the excitement of their newly engaged season. From the soft coastal setting to the joy of celebrating their next chapter together, their Charleston proposal was a beautiful reminder that sometimes the most meaningful moments are the ones that feel the most natural.
In Preparation
From the very beginning, Logan and Lauren’s wedding weekend was thoughtfully planned down to every detail. After several planning calls with Blissnics, we created a timeline centered around their first look, pre-ceremony portraits, meaningful details, and the beautiful Charleston light they wanted woven throughout their gallery.
The wedding day began at their Airbnb, where we captured the quiet anticipation of getting ready alongside the personal details that made the day uniquely theirs. From there, the day unfolded seamlessly into their first look and pre-ceremony portraits, followed by time set aside to capture the beauty of the Lowcountry at sunset. Every moment felt intentional, allowing Logan and Lauren to be fully present while still creating a gallery that told the complete story of their day.
The celebration began even before the wedding day, with their rehearsal dinner at the Swan Boating Center. The location held an especially meaningful connection for Logan, who attended The Citadel in Charleston, making the evening feel like an extension of their story and a celebration of the place that had shaped so much of his life.
From the thoughtful planning with Blissnics to the sentimental locations and golden Charleston light, every part of Logan and Lauren’s wedding weekend felt personal, effortless, and perfectly them.

The Big Day
Lauren and Logan’s wedding day was filled with the kind of moments that make a celebration feel entirely their own. The morning began with a series of meaningful first looks, starting with Lauren seeing Logan for the first time before the ceremony, followed by an emotional moment with her dad and joyful portraits with her bridesmaids. Each moment brought a different kind of anticipation as the day unfolded.
Their ceremony took place against a breathtaking waterfront backdrop, with the Lowcountry landscape creating a naturally beautiful setting for their vows. As they exchanged promises, birds flew across the water behind them, creating an unforgettable scene that felt almost too perfect to be planned.
After the ceremony, guests transitioned into cocktail hour as Logan and Lauren soaked in their newlywed season and celebrated surrounded by the people they love most. The evening continued with dinner, dancing, and a floral petal exit that brought everyone together for a joyful send-off.
And then came the moments that made the reception unforgettable. Lauren grabbed the microphone and joined her girls on the dance floor, singing along to ‘Save A Horse’ and bringing the entire room into the fun. Later, their beloved dog, Tatum, made a special appearance at the reception, adding one more familiar face to a day already filled with the people and places closest to their hearts.
It was a day that moved effortlessly from quiet anticipation to full-on celebration, with plenty of happy tears, champagne, dancing, and a whole lot of love along the way.

The Retreat
After the excitement of their Charleston wedding, Logan and Lauren traded Lowcountry charm for the turquoise waters and laid back luxury of Antigua.
Their honeymoon was everything a tropical escape should be. Vibrant outfits, infinity pools overlooking the Caribbean, long lunches and dinners with unforgettable views, and golden sunsets that seemed to make every evening feel a little more magical. They brought along their custom koozies to toast to their newlywed era, adding a playful and personal touch to their days in paradise.
One of the highlights was a day spent out on the water, soaking up the sunshine and taking in Antigua from a completely different perspective. Between boat rides, poolside afternoons, and slow meals overlooking the coast, there was nowhere they needed to be except exactly where they were.
Their Antigua honeymoon was the perfect beginning to married life, sun soaked, joyful, effortlessly stylish, and filled with the kind of moments you wish you could bottle up and keep forever.
