Welcome to the application for The Trendsetter Series by Southern Bride. This is an opportunity to showcase you and your favorite wedding vendors creative talents by styling a design space based the latest wedding trends or creating your own. Please read the following rules and guidelines for The Trendsetter Series by Southern Bride Application to ensure you meet all the requirements and have all the information gathered BEFORE getting started with the form.

The Trendsetter Series in Dallas will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025 at The Joule Hotel Dallas.
There is NO CHARGE for participating in The Trendsetter Series, however, you and your team are responsible for all of your design expenses, however, the return on exposure will be well worth it.
If selected, you and your team will be named the exclusive Trendsetter Wedding Vendors for your area in a beautiful 3 page print spread in Southern Bride Magazine, evergreen digital feature on SouthernBride.com, and social media collaborations on Instagram and your own board on Southern Bride's Pinterest pages.
Each vendor will receive a personalized Trendsetter Badge and all of the images from the photographers for your business use.
Before applying, ensure you have the name and contact information of the key participants working with you (florist/rentals).
You will be required to come up with 3 - design spaces; a ceremony space, a reception space, a wild card space, and 1 flat lay that ties everything together.
You will be responsible for all of the setup and cleanup for your design space.
If selected, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required from each participating vendor.

Item 1: - I agree to provide photo credit to the photographer and all participating vendors from the theme on all images.
