The vision unfolds as a bride-to-be gathers her closest friends for a blush-toned morning of cinnamon-dusted cappuccinos, buttery croissants, colorful macarons, and sparkling wine. Low arrangements of ivory garden roses, pink stock, lisianthus, and feathery astilbe, designed by Althea Wiles of Rose of Sharon Floral Design Studio, softened the tables without overpowering the café’s easy European charm. Couples can simply reserve a space, add a few extras like florals, and most of the planning is done.
Part of the appeal is the menu, which moves effortlessly from sweet to savory. Begin with pain au chocolat, almond croissants, and quiche Lorraine over coffee, then linger into the afternoon with jambon beurre baguettes, fresh-pressed juices, and a glass of wine. Whether the celebration begins in the morning or lingers into the afternoon, Un Deux Trois keeps pace.
Between laughter and lingering conversation, the friends exchanged toasts, surprised the bride-to-be with the café’s signature gift card, and eventually wandered into the green space with coffees in hand, in no hurry for the morning to end.
It’s just as easy to imagine this gathering taking place on the wedding morning itself, with bridesmaids sharing one quiet cup of coffee before getting ready.
