The Styled Challenge is a competition between design teams for the BEST overall design,
meaning you get elevated design spaces to shoot.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS A CONTENT CREATOR:

This group is for expert iPhone/Android Content Creation. If you are interested in bringing professional cameras we invite you to sign up as a photographer for this event.

• Three luxurious design areas at The Memphis Botanic Garden 
• Each design area will include (3) stylized theme-designed spaces and a flat lay, designed by some of the area’s most sought-after wedding designers and their teams – they will be competing for the BEST design in The Styled Challenge – you will see these talented teams get uber-creative with elevated designs
• Models will be provided at each area
• You will have at least 60 minutes of shooting at each area – 30 minutes capturing Designer’s Behind-the-Scenes Setups and 30 minutes with models
• Guaranteed small groups
• Content Creator spots available (Limit of 10)
• After the shoot, join us for Southern Bride’s 25th Anniversary and Styled SHOOTS Wrap Party Networking and Design Awards Ceremony to meet the designers and network with fellow wedding industry professionals
• Multiple collaborations with the @StyledShootsbySouthernBride page for content from the Styled SHOOTS – Memphis Event
• (1) Guaranteed collaboration of your content outside the Styled SHOOTS – Memphis Event on SouthernBride Social Media

“An INTRO TO OFF-CAMERA FLASH”
WITH KYLE FITZPATRICK, MARKETING MANAGER FOR

This interactive workshop is designed to give you all the tools you need to go from novice to pro in a flash! Starting with a quick walkthrough of flash units, how they work, and what features would be important for the kind of work YOU want to do, we will go on to build out a few versatile lighting setups together to build your portfolio as you learn!

Kyle Fitzpatrick is a Nashville-based portrait photographer and the Marketing Manager for acclaimed photographic lighting manufacturer Paul C. Buff.  With a decade working in both photography and photo technology, he not only has a solid foundation in the art of photography, but the most intimate possible knowledge of how these products work and what they were designed to be able to achieve. Having originally studied animation, Kyle’s knowledge of photography has been built predominantly through on-the-job experience heavily influencing his teaching style.
