Pay homage to this special Mexican celebration with a Cinco de Mayo themed wedding! Mexican American event planner Christina Galvan is sharing Mexican culture with a styled shoot that spreads the word about what Cinco de Mayo truly is all about. Cinco de Mayo is a holiday to celebrate the battle where Mexican General Ignacio Zaragoza successfully led his troops to victory against the French. The wedding remembers Zaragoza with pictures of him placed among the bright colored decor. Both the bride and the groom’s attire is that of traditional Mexican dancers to best represent the culture. Colorful serapes completed the tables and were complemented by the bright florals present everywhere you look to show off their bright heritage! From all of us at Southern Bride, Happy Cinco de Mayo!
