Rachel and Caleb’s outdoor ceremony and reception at Sulfur Ridge™ were completely fantastical with larger than life floral arrangements, perfect lighting, a cascading, white veil, and rainbow confetti. Read on to get the scoop about their Tennessee nuptials!

THE BIG DAY. Our wedding was absolutely magical. By choosing to have such a small gathering, we were able to create a very intimate and relaxed environment. My dad walked me down the aisle to “Here Comes My Girl” by Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, and Caleb’s dad was the officiant. We wrote our own vows, which was by far the highlight of the entire evening. We did the ceremony in a secluded, wooded area at sunset. It was all so dreamy. Afterwards, we drank champagne and ate Tennessee Waltz Cake, which we ordered from our favorite Nashville Restaurant. We talked and laughed with our families, and then we all said goodnight. It was very untraditional, but perfect for us.

THE HONEYMOON. For our honeymoon we traveled to Chablé Maroma in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. The luxury resort was unbelievable and offered the absolute best five-star service. We loved everything about our stay; it was so relaxed and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our time there was special. We went on an amazing snorkel trip to the second largest coral reef in the world. It’s only a five minute boat ride from the property. The resort has a strong emphasis on culinary offerings which we loved. The spa was also incredible. It’s rooted in Mayan culture and beautifully incorporates spiritual elements in all of the treatments. We are hoping to go back for our one year anniversary!
