Trendsetter Series by Southern Bride presents Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa

This shoot at Eau Palm Beach drew inspiration from The Birth of Venus by the Italian artist Sandro Botticelli. The designer sought to capture the softness, beauty, and movement of that idea to create something romantic and artistic, yet still playful. The shell became the starting point, shaping the design’s forms, textures, and iridescent details.

For the ceremony, the floating broken arch created an airy, sculptural focal point, while the reflective aisle evoked the feeling of water. Sunset-toned florals and silver tropical accents connected the design to the ocean setting without competing with it.

The cake was designed to feel like living coral rock, with organic texture and delicate feathers that mimicked coral swaying beneath the water. Framed by gathered peach draping, it appeared as a sculptural piece within the reception rather than a separate cake display.

Inside, the designer carried that movement into the reception through curved tables and fabric pieces shaped to mimic waves. Luminous linens, lavender napkins, iridescent chargers, and candlelight gave the tables a soft glow. Peach, pink, lavender, and yellow florals mixed romantic blooms with orchids and anthuriums, while little pockets of sand and shells made some arrangements feel as though they were growing along the shoreline.

The designer also wanted the design to give guests something to experience. The viral sand-filled seating chart invited them to use brushes to uncover their names, adding a sense of discovery and playfulness before they even reached their tables.
