In May 2023, a mesmerizing wedding styled shoot unfolded at the historic Robert Mills House and Seibels House and Gardens in Columbia, South Carolina. This enchanting event boasted a neutral ivory theme infused with the essence of southern charm, creating an atmosphere befitting the dreamy concept known as Ivory Dreams.
The choice of The Robert Mills House and Seibels House and Gardens as the venue was inspired by historical beauty. These two sites provided a captivating backdrop that beautifully showcased the timeless Southern charm of South Carolina, complete with lush outdoor spaces.
The stationery design featured traditional calligraphy fonts on distressed linen paper, adding a vintage charm. Gold accents and design elements inspired by the palmetto moon design displayed on the South Carolina state flag created an intimate and unique touch for the table settings.
The Ivory Dreams theme was beautifully translated to the cake, an all-ivory masterpiece adorned with delicate rice paper flowers that served as a work of art.
The floral arrangements, inspired by trending styles, were skillfully adapted to a neutral color palette, adding volume and allure to the tablescapes and the bride’s bouquet, thereby embodying the Ivory Dreams theme.
